The new GEC Worship Music Leadership Team began working together officially in September 2008. The team works together developing the music for Sunday morning worship services. They work with a very talented team of volunteers who gather together each week for rehearsals (and occasional fun!). Team Members and their responsibilities are:

Team Leader:  Sergio Rodriguez
Sergio is currently a student at ECC. Besides his leadership during Sunday morning worship services, Sergio is also a leader in the FIRE teen ministry.

Accompanist:  Meghann Holverson
Meghann serves as primary pianist for Sunday worship services. She is married to Aaron, and they are expecting their first child this winter.

Special Music Coordinator:  Diane Best
Diane serves as the Office Administrator of Grace Church, where she oversees the master music schedule. So, she's the one who coordinates musicians (instrumentalists and singers) for the weekly special music. Diane has been part of the Grace Church music ministry for years - as a singer, instrumentalist, and even director when needed.

Music Ministry Shepherds:  Jim & Diane Fraser 
Jim and Diane were already serving in our shepherding ministry when this new team began to form. They help oversee the care, growth, and recruitment of the entire music ministry - both to volunteer and paid music staff members. They've been known to invite people over to their home for kareoke as a way of recruiting folks into the music ministry.
