Children matter to God and to us, therefore we expend considerable amounts of time and resources to care for and teach the youngest among us. A variety of activities, classes and special events are available for children.

SAFETY:  We don't take lightly the responsiblity of keeping all children comfortable and secure while in our ministry care. For this reaason, all ministry workers who have contact with children of any age are required to attend annual mandatory training sessions. They must complete an annual application that is reviewed before workers are allowed to have contact with children. Children (infant through 2nd grade) must be signed-in to a classroom by an adult. The adult receives an ID matched to their children. This ID must be presented before children will be returned to their parent. A copy of the children's ministry policy and training manual is available from the church office.

NURSERY CARE:  The youngest among us are given extra special care in our clean and fun nursery. Our nursery staff is screened and provide an environment that is fun and gentle for infants.

PRESCHOOL CLASSES:  Toddlers and Preschoolers have age-specific rooms with appropriate activity centers. Our teachers strive to provide a positive environment where children can learn and grow together.

SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN:  Sunday School classes are provided for children and teens (See Teen FIRE ministries) during the Sunday morning 11:00 AM session. All children gather together for an exciting large group time, followed by small group interaction with grade-level small groups.
